The short version.

No server, no account, nothing collected.

MonegAI is desktop software, not a service. There is no backend to send anything to. This page states that in full, because the claim is only worth something if it is written down.

01

What we collect

Nothing about your browsing. The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party script. Your browser's own request log is the only record that this page was fetched.

02

What the application stores

History, bookmarks, downloads and your saved preferences are written to plain files in your own user-data folder. They never leave the machine. Clearing them is one action in Settings, and deleting the files has the same effect.

03

The AI models

Answers are generated on your own hardware. MonegAI ships no model and contacts no model provider. If you choose to enter a cloud API key in Settings, that request goes from your machine to the provider you named, under their terms, and nowhere else.

04

Web pages you visit

A browser has to reach the sites you ask for. Those sites see your IP address and receive whatever the page requests, as with any browser. MonegAI cannot change that, and does not pretend otherwise. The identity partitions exist so you can keep those sessions apart from each other.

05

Payments

There are none. MonegAI is free and open source. Nothing on this site can buy anything, and no card details are ever requested.

06

Warranty

MonegAI is distributed as-is, without warranty of any kind. Review the binary before you run it, and keep a backup of anything you would miss.

07

Security reports

Responsible disclosure is welcome and acknowledged, normally within a few hours. The policy, preferred channel and acknowledgement terms are published at /.well-known/security.txt.
